This year, Desormeau is moving to the new 2015 version of its ISO 9001 quality management system. Through this update under the direction of our quality manager, all departments of the company are involved in achieving our quality and conformity objectives.
Here are the measures put in place that are making us progress :

• Action plan to address dissatisfaction and errors
